Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping for orders over €29,90 within Germany. For orders under 29,90€ the shipping costs are 4,79€. For all orders outside Germany and within Europe and Switzerland, the shipping costs are 10,49€.

How long does my delivery take?

Normally we aim to deliver your products within 3-5 business days. Should our delivery of the Products be delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and take the necessary action to minimize the impact of the delay.

Do you also deliver internationally?

At the moment, our delivery services are within Europe and Switzerland. But fear not, we're jamming to expand our horizons internationally! Returns & Exchanges

 

Hey there! We totally get it—if you're not vibing with your order, we've got your back! Our return and exchange policy is all about keeping the good vibes flowing. Within 30 days of purchase, we offer free returns that'll make your heart sing!

Now, here's the lowdown on how it all works:

  1. Show some love to those tags! To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must rock their tags and come back to us in their original packaging—just like they arrived at your doorstep.

  2. We're all about that fresh-out-of-the-box feeling, so please make sure returned items are free from any signs of wear and tear. Let's keep it flawless!

  3. No sweat or suds, please! Returned items should be in their unaltered state, untouched by any use or washing. We're looking for that "brand new" vibe.

  4. Remember, sharing is caring! If you received any freebies or gifts with your order, they're like a dynamic duo—must be returned together for the ultimate reunion.

So, if you're looking for store credit, a different product, or a refund to your original payment method, we've got you covered. Just follow these guidelines, and we'll take care of the rest!

 

To kick off the return process, simply follow these steps:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

  • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
